Some random thoughts

• I’m often surprised by who supports me and responds to my Facebook status updates. It’s really interesting to me that very often some of my acquaintances give me more love than the people I consider to be close friends.

• I’m soooo excited about going away with Jason to France.

• I love Christmas cards… honestly cards in general

• I seriously miss being home with Jason and my pets.

• My belly is still not back to normal. Praying tomorrow is better.

• I’ve picked up my bass to play a duet with Jason for Christmas. Sadly I don’t feel like I’ve had enough time to practice but I’m hopeful that it’ll be good enough that I’m not embarrassed. We’ll be playing at the church programs.

• I can’t believe 2010 is coming to an end! A reflective blog is called for but it may be a few days.

• Tonight we’re celebrating Christmas with our parents. I’m excited. I hate that we don’t have tons of stuff to give them… maybe next year when I have a job and we aren’t planning on spending Christmas in France. :D

• Jason cleaned the house with the days he had off this week. It’s awesome. I love the way the house feels after a good vacuuming.

• I’m nervous about the whole body scanner thing at the airport. I’m just not so sure I want to risk the radiation that being said I might have a panic attack getting a pat down. I guess I’ll just lay it by ear.

• I love my parents. They’re great!! They love me and support me unconditionally. I’m so happy that I get to have so much time with them during the week.

• I am so excited about the Users First Alliance. Go join! www.usersfirst.com or “like” on FB

• I like parts of my residency but so far the whole in office form 8-5 really sucks!

• I’m reading a book called TRIBE. It’s a short and easy read… but it’s interesting.

• I can’t help but say I’m very thankful for everyone and everything in my life.

• I’ve still got to pack.

• So… this is it.. this is my last blog of 2010 in the US. I may blog in Paris…… I may not. Just depends.
