A quick catch up.

So much is going on right now and I have so much I want to say... unfortunately much of it still can't be discussed so I'm going to go with a list for now.
  • Today is the LAST day of my 2nd trimester! Where is the time going?!?
  • As of tomorrow I'll be 12 weeks (84 days) from our official due date.
  • I passed my one hour glucose challenge, which makes me VERY happy.
  • I'm about 60% done with cleaning out "my room" so "Jason's room" and mine can become one, leaving a room for baby Simpson. I can't wait to get the crib box out of the living room. :)
  • Tonight is our 2nd from last hypnobabies class. We will continue out homework until our birthing day but we won't have to drive up to Nashville every week. I know it's not 100% guaranteed but I feel like the positive affirmations and relaxation techniques have  been invaluable to me during this pregnancy.
  • I've been pretty down for the last week but I think I'm slowly starting to feel better.
  • We've budgeted what we can afford for Christmas without my income and it may not be much but excitingly we should have a lot more time together than we originally planned, and Christmas isn't about gifts, it's about family and love.
  • We've finally finished our basic registries, some of it was super fun, some of it was stressful... but in the end it was very exciting and fun to do. I'm sure we'll keep adding and removing stuff for a bit longer. We registered at myregistry.com (pw is Eggbert) Target and Babies R Us.
  • I'm over the moon excited about my baby shower coming up. It's everything I could have ever hoped for and more, which makes up for the fact I won't really be having that epic 30th b-day party I had dreamt of.
  • We've started working on possible locations we'd like to live. It won't be until this summer that we can move but I've already stared looking and trying to figure things out. It's going to be hard and financially straining but it doesn't matter, I'm ready for a new place.
  • Timberland our sweet old man is still not doing great. He has showed some improvements but he's still having issues with mobility and now he's got some very serious "hot spots". I'm not sure how he is even reaching his hip and back feet at this point, or even when he's licking, because I've been home basically non-stop for a week.
  • I still haven't figured out what to do about Timerberland. I do think his time is near but that being said I don't even know where to take him. Our vet is an hour and a half away. I can't fathom the idea of loading him up (which is painful), having a ride for an hour and a half (nerve racking for him), unloading him (again painful), having him walk into the clinic (which is all tile and painful for him) and then having him put down. Ideally someone would come to our home, but it turns out small animal vets can't administer the put t sleep medication in the home? I don't like any of the vets here. We do know one that takes care of Jason's family cattle but I don't like him... and wonder how kind he would be... did I mention I seriously am going to lose my shit?
