Right where I need to be

A long long time ago when Jason and I were still early on in our relationship and we were attempting to figure out where Jason would go to graduate school and how we would work out there was this cheesy country song by Gary Allen that came out call "right where I need to be".  After tons of exploration we both figured out MTSU was right where we both needed to be and we stayed and obviously ending up getting married....

Well here we are almost 13 years later and as most of you know I'm almost always looking forward or back but for once something just clicked... I really am right where I need to be. I can hardly believe I am saying that... or typing it but I LOVE that I am able to stay home with Kelso during the week. I love that I am his mommy and he knows I will be here for him no matter what. What is mind boggling to me is I never imagined that this is the life that I would want or that I would have but somehow it works and I am happy with it. I love that Summer is coming and that the 3 of us will have 3-4 days a week together to make up for our winter sacrifice of time. I feel like my priorities are in the right order. I'm sure this arrangement wont last forever but for the next 4-5 years I'm digging in, getting comfortable and enjoying every single second I can with my sweet baby before I blink and he's sleeping in his own bed with his own wife or husband.
